Services
Building
I specialize in designing new buildings that are both functional and fit perfectly into their surroundings. My work involves managing the entire project, from the initial design concept to supervising the construction, ensuring every detail contributes positively to the urban environment.
Rehabilitation
My role in rehabilitation is to update older buildings, giving them new life while preserving their historical character. I focus on making these structures more efficient and useful for today, keeping them from being demolished and maintaining the city’s unique heritage.
Urban Strategies
I create long-term plans for how a city should grow. By analyzing data, I develop policies for things like land use and transportation, which guide future development to be smart, fair, and resilient. My goal is to shape a well-planned future for the community.
Public Space
I design and improve public areas like parks and plazas to make them more vibrant and welcoming. I believe these spaces are crucial for community well-being, and my work aims to create beautiful, safe places where people can connect and enjoy their city.
Urbanism
I handle the big-picture planning for cities. I advise on regulations and large projects, making sure that urban development is logical and sustainable. It’s my job to create communities that balance the economic, social, and environmental needs of everyone.
Environment
Environmental sustainability is a core part of my work. I integrate green solutions into my designs to lessen a city’s ecological footprint. My goal is to create spaces that are not only beautiful but also ecologically responsible and resilient to climate change.
Projects
My work spans from creating new buildings to revitalizing public spaces, all with a focus on designing sustainable and thriving communities.
These projects reflect my commitment to shaping environments that are both functional and inspiring for the people who live in them.
